Kathleen has created more than 100 works for piano.  One of the greatest joys in her life is watching students premier her works in recitals and festivals.  Kathleen has published five books of piano repertoire through 80 Days Publishing featuring music for all levels of students. These books are available at Kings Music in Abbotsford and Chilliwack or can be purchased here. Kathleen has also made numerous arrangements of popular pieces for her students.

Kathleen is an Associate Composer of the Canadian Music Center. She is a three-time winner of the CFMTA Call for Compositions: Rocky Mountain Ridereceived 1st place in the level 3/4 piano category in 2016, Maple Syrup Moon won in the level 5/6 piano category in 2022, and Snow Day won 1st place in the level 3/4 piano category in 2025. Her works are included in the ACWC Piano Collective Catalogue and a number are also included in the ACNMP Contemporary Showcase Festival Syllabus.
